Job summary

IT by Design Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced L2/L3 Infrastructure Engineer to join our MSP team, supporting multiple client environments with a focus on Windows Server, virtualization, and hybrid cloud technologies to ensure stable, secure IT operations.

You will troubleshoot incidents, automate tasks with PowerShell, and collaborate with technical teams to meet SLAs. On-site work in BGC, Taguig City; night shift may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have proven MSP experience and manage multiple client environments.
• Strong Windows Server administration including AD DS, DNS, DHCP, DFS, and file/print.
• Hands-on virtualization expertise with VMware vSphere/ESXi and/or Hyper-V.
• Experience with SAN/enterprise storage (Dell EMC, HPE, NetApp).
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based incident management.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
• Manage and support VMware vSphere/ESXi and/or Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization environments.
• Perform server administration, monitoring, patching, maintenance, and performance troubleshooting.
• Support SAN and enterprise storage environments, including iSCSI, Fibre Channel, Dell EMC, HPE, and NetApp technologies.
• Troubleshoot physical server hardware, including Dell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant, and blade servers using iDRAC/iLO management tools.
• Perform infrastructure troubleshooting involving VLANs, subnetting, DNS, and basic firewall configurations.
• Support Microsoft Azure and/or AWS infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and backup services.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine administrative tasks.
• Manage infrastructure incidents in accordance with ITIL processes, ensuring accurate ticket documentation, timely resolution, and appropriate escalation.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to maintain service quality and meet client service-level agreements (SLAs).
