Bell Canada is seeking a Windows System Administrator in Manila to maintain Windows Server environments, perform patching, security hardening, and performance tuning. You will collaborate with network, database, and application teams to resolve complex infrastructure issues and drive automation initiatives.

In this role you will participate in disaster recovery, on-call incident response, and documentation efforts. A strong focus on security, compliance, and continuous improvement is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IT/Engineering or related.
• 3+ years hands-on Windows Server administration experience.
• Experience with enterprise virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere/vCenter, Red Hat OpenStack).
• Scripting and automation proficiency in PowerShell and Python.
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing).
• Security hardening, vulnerability management, patch management, and compliance expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments with patching, upgrades, and tuning.
• Provide after-hours on-call support and respond to incidents and alerts.
• Manage infrastructure changes with proper testing and documentation.
• Perform server security hardening and vulnerability assessments.
• Monitor performance, capacity, and availability using monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with network, database, and application teams for integration.
• Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing.
• Automate admin tasks using PowerShell and Python.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
