Quantrics Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Windows System Administrator to manage Windows Server environments, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning. The role includes security hardening, vulnerability management, and incident response within a global IT team.

You will automate common tasks using PowerShell and Python, support disaster recovery, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable server operations. Remote, nationwide operations with 24/7 on-call support are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on Windows Server administration experience.
• Experience with enterprise virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere/vCenter, OpenStack).
• Proficient in PowerShell and Python for automation.
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing).
• Security best practices, patch management, and vulnerability assessment.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments with patching and performance tuning.
• Provide after-hours on-call support and incident response.
• Manage infrastructure changes with proper documentation and testing.
• Security hardening, vulnerability assessments, and incident response.
• Monitor performance, capacity, and availability with monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with IT teams for seamless integration and operations.
