Job summary

Quantrics Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Windows System Administrator to manage and secure Windows Server environments for a global IT footprint. You will patch, harden, tune performance, and automate routine tasks while supporting disaster recovery and business continuity.

The role requires collaboration with network, database, and application teams, strong scripting skills, and experience in 24/7 production settings. Expect on-call responsibilities to maintain reliable server operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Windows Server administration with patching, hardening, and performance tuning.
• Experience with enterprise virtualization (VMware vSphere/vCenter) and Red Hat OpenStack.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and Python for automation.
• Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing) and security controls.
• Experience in 24/7 production environments, incident response, and DR/BC planning.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments with patching and performance tuning.
• Provide after-hours on-call support and respond to incidents to minimize downtime.
• Documentation and testing of infrastructure changes for controlled deployments.
• Security hardening, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Monitor performance and capacity using appropriate tools; proactive issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and operations.
• Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing.
• Automate admin tasks using PowerShell, Python, and automation tools.
