Vaco is seeking a Server/Infrastructure Engineer to ensure reliability, security, and performance of client environments. The role covers server management, patching, backup, and automation.

You will serve as a Tier 2/3 escalation and work across Windows Server, AD, Entra ID, VMware/Hyper-V, and Azure to improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience with MSP tools like ConnectWise Automate and Datto, plus relevant certifications.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience with Windows Server, AD, Entra ID, VMware/Hyper-V and Azure.
• Experience with MSP software including RMM and PSA platforms.
• Industry certifications such as Server+, Network+, Azure Administrator or VMCE are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot Windows servers (on-premises and cloud).
• Oversee RMM tools to monitor server health and network alerts across client accounts.
• Deploy patches and manage backups with Veeam/Datto; test data integrity and DR.
• Create and run automation scripts (PowerShell/Python) to reduce repetitive tasks.
• Act as Tier 2/3 escalation for complex server or network issues.
