You will monitor performance, implement security hardening, handle patching and backups, manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP, and support virtualization with VMware or Hyper-V.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of extensive Windows administration experience.
• Experience in incident management and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of AD, DNS, and DHCP.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022).
• Handle incident management with timely response and resolution.
• Monitor server performance, capacity planning, and backups.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Configure virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere or Hyper-V).
• Perform patching, upgrades, and security hardening.
• Support IIS, WSUS, and Print Services.
• Maintain server documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate with security, network, and application teams.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network issues.
