Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years in Desktop Support or IT Help Desk.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
Hands-on Active Directory and user account administration.
Basic TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi concepts.
Experience with hardware, printers, and peripherals.
Familiarity with ticketing/help-desk systems.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple requests under deadlines.

Responsibilities

Provide first- and second-level end-user support via phone, email, chat, and in person.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Troubleshoot Windows OS, M365 apps, software, network issues.
Create and resolve IT tickets within SLAs.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding hardware provisioning and accounts.
Deploy software updates and endpoint configurations.
Maintain documentation of incidents, hardware, software, and procedures.
Escalate complex issues to infra/security/app teams.
Monitor equipment and identify recurring problems.
Follow IT security policies and best practices.
