Job summary

Nadara is hiring an O&M Technician for Cerros de Radona wind farm near Soria, Spain. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, retrofits, and supporting uptower repairs to keep turbines operating safely and efficiently.

You will work within strict HSE guidelines, manage materials and spare parts, and participate in on-site safety practices while coordinating with cross-functional teams. A technical background in mechanical/electrical domains is preferred.

Qualifications

• Background in mechanical and hydraulic systems or electrical engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• High-School Degree with technical field experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Preventive task following O&M manuals.
• Troubleshooting task.
• Retrofit.
• Support Uptower repairs.
• Support Mayor component exchange.
• Ensure turbine operation and use of monitoring/remote control systems.
• Maintain service vehicle and stocked warehouse; order parts as needed.
• Adhere to highest safety and environmental standards; meet service targets.
• Follow HSE rules and procedures.
