Job summary

Goldwind in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Wind Farm O&M Engineer to perform daily inspections, preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs on wind turbines and components to ensure safe, reliable operation.

You will monitor SCADA data, develop maintenance plans, coordinate with suppliers for major component work, and prepare operation reports. Strong safety awareness and hands-on troubleshooting skills are required.

Qualifications

Requires college degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
Willingness and ability to perform work at heights and in confined spaces.
2+ years of wind farm operation and maintenance experience with major turbine models.

Responsibilities

Perform daily inspection, periodic maintenance, fault diagnosis and repair of wind turbines and components.
Monitor SCADA data, analyze unit status, and develop preventive maintenance plans.
Handle turbine failures, minimize downtime, and improve equipment availability.
Ensure safety compliance and participate in emergency planning and drills.
Coordinate with suppliers and third-party teams for major replacements and repairs.
Prepare daily and weekly operation and fault analysis reports.
