Job summary

ACCIONA Energía, a renewables leader, seeks an O&M Site Coordinator to support Kalayaan 2 Wind Farm operations. You will assist the Site Manager in achieving safe, efficient operations aligned with AE standards.

Minimum 3 years in wind turbine operations, TESDA wind maintenance certification, Excel expertise, and English proficiency are required. Spanish is a plus. On-site role with team collaboration and reporting duties.

Qualifications

• TESDA-certified wind turbine maintenance, electrical qualifications preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; Excel in particular.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with local regulations and AE policies; escalate deviations.
• Support the Site Manager in managing O&M contracts and reviewing reports.
• Calculate KPIs and monitor safety, availability, production and costs.
