Alternergy Holdings Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Manager to supervise wind turbine generators, 69 kV substation, transmission lines, and balance of plant, ensuring peak performance and compliance with safety and environmental standards.

You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate with OEMs and internal teams, manage field technicians, review logs, and drive reliability through SCADA-based troubleshooting and rigorous safety practices.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Licensed Engineer is preferred.
• OEM training certifications for wind turbine platforms are highly desirable.
• GWO certifications in heights, rescue, first aid and fire awareness required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise maintenance of wind turbine generators, substations, and BOP to ensure availability and performance.
• Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate with OEMs and internal teams.
• Lead fault resolution using SCADA and field inspections; review work orders and logs.
• Coordinate WTG technicians and electrical/civil contractors, ensure safety adherence.
• Conduct toolbox talks, pre-job briefings, post-job evaluations; ensure training/certification compliance.
