Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in blade design, manufacturing, and repair processes.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in wind turbine service or blade repair.
• Advanced English level (C1 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Review inspection reports and classify blade damages.
• Create and monitor non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Define repair plans and produce technical sketches.
• Coordinate internal and subcontracted resources for inspections.
• Plan long-term budgets for maintenance and repair activities.
