Job summary

Cornerstone Energy Development, Inc. is seeking a Plant Supervisor for our wind powerplant. You will lead the wind farm’s operations and maintenance, ensuring safe and efficient performance and driving availability and generation targets while coordinating with the Plant Manager.

The role requires strong wind farm operations experience, proven leadership, and solid troubleshooting skills. A minimum of 3 years in renewable energy with GWO Certification is expected, and you will engage with

Qualifications

• At least 3 years related work experience in renewable energy generation.
• With Global Wind Organization (GWO) Certification.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations and maintenance of WTGs and BOP equipment
• Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations while achieving availability and generation targets.
• Lead and develop the site team and coordinate maintenance activities, contractors, and OEMs.
• Monitor plant performance and implement actions to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
