Job summary

Alternergy Holdings Corporation seeks an Operations Manager to lead safe and efficient wind power plant operations, focusing on the 69 kV/substation and 33 kV facilities with wind farm coordination. You will supervise engineers and technicians, ensuring compliance with HSSE and NGCP procedures.

You will monitor SCADA systems, coordinate with NGCP NCC, and drive maintenance planning, reporting, and continuous improvement in a high-demand grid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (required).
• Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) or Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) in the Philippines.
• 8–10 years in wind powerplant operations with 5+ years in supervisory roles.
• Proven 69 kV/33 kV substation experience and NGCP operations exposure.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of day-to-day operations of 69 kV substations, switching stations, 33 kV lines, and wind farms.
• Supervise maintenance, safety, and incident investigations; ensure SOP adherence.
• Coordinate with NGCP NCC for grid operations and switching activities.
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians; conduct toolbox talks and training.
• Submit technical reports and maintain up-to-date documentation.
