Vena Energy (Philippines) seeks an experienced Owner's Representative to oversee electrical installation and control systems for a large-scale wind farm project. You will ensure compliance with engineering drawings, project specs, and international/local standards, while maintaining safety and quality across cabling, substations, and transmission lines.

Responsibilities include inspection oversight, contractor quality assessment, test package review, NCR management, and coordination of handover

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Electrical Engineering license.
• 5+ years of construction engineering experience.
• Experience in wind power plants is preferred.
• Knowledge of Philippine Grid Code and PEC.
• Willing to be assigned in Quezon Province or Rizal Province.

Responsabilités

• Act as Owner's representative to oversee electrical installation and control systems in conformance with drawings and standards.
• Enforce quality control and assurance without compromising safety.
• Review Project Quality Plan and inspection/test records.
• Assess contractor quality and manage NCRs and corrective actions.
• Coordinate handover activities and ensure timely delivery of the electrical scope.
• Maintain QA documentation and participate in risk assessments and toolbox talks.
