Job summary

Vena Energy seeks an experienced Owner’s Representative to oversee electrical installation and control systems for a major wind farm, ensuring conformance to drawings, specs and international codes. You will lead QA and inspections, coordinating with contractors, authorities, and internal teams to manage risks and schedule.

Responsibilities include reviewing ITPs, test packages, NCRs, and maintaining QA records to support handover and commissioning with a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Licensed Electrical Engineer required.
• 5+ years in construction engineering in power production.
• Experience in wind power projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Grid Code, PEC and international standards.
• Experience with Utilities and Transmission companies preferred.
• Comprehensive contract and QA management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical installation and control system in conformance with drawings and standards.
• Lead QA by reviewing ITPs, test packets, NCRs and contractor records.
• Monitor contractor performance across cabling, substations, transmission lines, and grid connections.
• Coordinate with contractors, authorities and internal teams to manage risks and schedule.
• Maintain safety leadership while ensuring QA documentation and supporting audits.
• Assist in handover, commissioning, and PTW processes; keep QA records updated.
