Job summary

LCC - Liberty Commercial Center Inc. invites applications for an Assistant Manager - Wholesale Operations to oversee daily wholesale department activities, ensure timely processing of bulk orders, maintain product availability, and deliver efficient service to wholesale customers.

You will supervise the team, monitor inventory levels, coordinate with Merchandising, Purchasing and Warehouse, and help achieve sales targets while upholding safety and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related course.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in supermarket, wholesale, retail, distribution, or sales operations.
• Experience in wholesale or bulk sales operations is highly preferred.
• With experience in handling or supervising a team.
• Knowledge of inventory management, order processing, and sales operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Willing to work onsite, including weekends and holidays, and on a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Wholesale Department.
• Monitor wholesale sales, orders, inventory, and product availability.
• Ensure accurate processing of bulk and wholesale orders.
• Supervise and coach team members; manage schedules.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Finance.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and handling customer inquiries.
