Job summary

Tasq Work is seeking a Workforce Management Supervisor to lead the WFM team, ensuring accurate scheduling and forecasting while maximizing agent productivity. This onsite role requires strong leadership and deep WFM expertise for a night shift environment.

You will collaborate with operations and HR to anticipate staffing needs, tackle workforce challenges, and drive data-driven decisions. Proficiency in scheduling software and Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of experience supervising a workforce management team in a BPO environment.
• Background in Business Management or Computer Science.
• Must be amenable to start ASAP.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Highly proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Excel to streamline processes.
