Job summary

Tasq Work is hiring a Workforce Management Software Administrator to join our on-site team in MOA Pasay. You will customize and manage our WFM tools, analyze data, and create forecasting models to keep staffing optimal.

Requirements:

• At least 12 months of experience in a workforce management software administrator or similar role
• Must be amenable to start ASAP
• Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about rapidly learning and mastering new software and systems
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting data to drive smart decisions
• Outstanding communication and training expertise to empower call centre agents and supervisors
• Well-versed in call centre operations with hands-on experience thriving in dynamic, customer-focused settings
