Job summary

Gratitude Jobs Ahead HR Inc. is seeking an experienced WFM Team Lead to guide the Workforce Management team in accurate forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management in a BPO setting.

You will oversee RTA, scheduling and forecasting, coach the team, and partner with Operations on workforce strategies while analyzing trends to implement improvements. This onsite role requires 2–3 years WFM in BPO and at least 1 year in leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years WFM experience in BPO.
• At least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Experience in end-to-end WFM functions.
• Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule.
• Must be based in Philippines — Davao preferred.
