Job summary

ibex is seeking a Workforce Scheduler to maintain hiring plans, develop rolling forecasts, generate schedules, and manage rosters on a weekly basis. The role focuses on guiding staffing levels per program to meet client metrics while balancing internal productivity goals.

Responsibilities include mechanizing data collection for historical trends, standardizing trending methods, and forecasting baseline volumes and AHT for 13-month rolling periods. Work is based in Pasig with potential travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s /Associate Degree (any field) or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year experience specializing in Forecasting and Resource Planning in a call center environment.
• At least 1 year Intraday management experience.
• Willing to work in permanent graveyard shift.
• Willing to be assigned in Pasig and open for occasional travel to different sites.
