Job summary

IBEX Global Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Reporting Analyst to lead report development and analysis for all WFM programs across our sites in the Philippines.

The role emphasizes improving report content, ensuring completeness, and coordinating with stakeholders for continuous enhancements. The candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience with Business Objects, SQL, Crystal Reports, and Advanced Excel, and be capable of working in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage report development and analysis for WFM programs across IBEX Global Philippines sites.
• Recommend new or improved reporting methods for content and completeness.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify problems and gather improvement suggestions.
• Examine and evaluate reports to improve format, use, and control.
• Review report characteristics like origin, flow, frequency, distribution, and purpose.
• Prepare and issue instructions for generation, completion, and distribution of reports.
