WFM Reporting & Analytics Specialist

Job summary

IBEX Global Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Reporting Analyst to manage report development and analysis for all WFM programs across IBEX sites. You will help improve reporting content and procedures, and gather feedback to inform enhancements.

The role requires strong Excel and SQL skills, familiarity with Business Objects and Crystal Reports, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced BPO environment. Excellent English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months working experience at IBEX Global (internal applicants).
• Experience in the WFM department or with ACD/WFM tools and statistics preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and MS Excel.
• Very strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
• Working knowledge in Reports Management.
• Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Ability to exhibit professionalism.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a team.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, meeting multiple deadlines in a high pressure environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (graveyard/shifting schedule).
