Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Experience in WFM, ACD, or reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage report development and analysis for WFM programs across IBEX sites.
• Recommend new or modified reporting methods to improve content.
• Consult with report origins to identify problems and gather improvements.
• Examine reports to define characteristics, flow, format and purpose.
• Evaluate findings with workflow knowledge.
• Prepare and issue instructions for report generation and distribution per policies.
