Job summary

IBEX Global Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Reporting Analyst to oversee report development and analysis across all WFM programs. The role emphasizes improving reporting content and information completeness while coordinating with report originators to identify issues and gather improvement ideas.

The candidate should have strong Excel, SQL, and Crystal Reports skills, with experience in a BPO/call center environment and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Six Sigma is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months working experience at IBEX Global (internal applicants)
• 1-2 years Call Center experience
• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
• Experience in WFM or with ACD/WFM tools preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage report development and analysis for all WFM programs across IBEX Global Philippines sites
• Recommend new or modified reporting methods to improve content and completeness of information
• Collaborate with report originators to identify problems and gather improvement ideas
• Evaluate report content including origin, flow, format, and distribution
• Maintain professionalism and the ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
