Job summary

iOPEX Philippines is seeking an experienced Workforce Assistant Manager/Supervisor to lead a team of Workforce Leads and Analysts. You will roll out weekly schedules that meet capacity commitments and forecast resource requirements while developing strong performance metrics.

The role requires 2–3 years of WFM leadership experience, conflict-resolution skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. This onsite position features a shifting schedule and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-3 years of experience as a Workforce Assistant Manager/Supervisor.
• Experience managing a team of leads and workforce analysts.
• Ability to handle escalated complaints and diffuse conflict.
• Able to learn new concepts quickly and stay current with WFM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance of a team comprising a Workforce Lead and Workforce Analysts.
• Roll out agent schedules weekly to meet capacity commitments.
• Forecast resource requirements and create seat capacity planning.
• Conduct performance reviews, development plans, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
• Create and maintain meaningful dashboards and reports.
