Job Overview
We are seeking an organized and creative Social Media & Admin Specialist (Later) to support social media operations and administrative workflows across multiple dynamic ventures. In this role, you will design content using Canva, manage content calendars, and schedule posts across platforms like Later to maintain consistent brand engagement. You will also coordinate content workflows and collaborate directly on content strategies to support brand growth. The ideal candidate thrives on turning creative concepts into structured systems while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
Schedule:
Mon-Fri, flexible during client business hours, GMT (20 hrs per week)
Responsibilities
- Create and design social media content using Canva based on provided briefs and rough templates
- Schedule and manage posts across multiple social media channels using Later and other scheduling platforms
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars for a property law firm, women's community, and personal brand
- Design infographics and text-based posts for property conveyancing content and success stories
- Create engaging content for community-focused channels including event promotions and member engagement posts
- Coordinate administrative tasks related to content workflows and social media management
- Collaborate on content strategy and execution for personal brand growth to drive community subscriptions
- Maintain consistency in posting schedules across all three business channels
- Provide creative input and artistic flair while staying aligned with brand guidelines
- Support event-related content creation and promotional materials for community activities
Must-have requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong proficiency in Canva for designing social media posts, infographics, and branded content
- Proven experience with social media scheduling platforms, particularly Later
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple content calendars
- Ability to create engaging content across different industries and brand voices
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and responsiveness
- Creative flair with attention to design aesthetics and brand consistency
