Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Outbound B2B Logistics Sales Representative to conduct high-volume outbound calls to SMBs, educate prospects on shipping solutions, and drive platform signups. The ideal candidate is confident handling objections, organized with lead management, and comfortable working independently while meeting daily and weekly targets.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to small and medium-sized businesses from provided lead lists
• Educate prospects on the value of enterprise-level shipping rates available through the client's platform
• Guide prospects through the platform signup process to ensure successful account creation
• Track and document all outreach activity, call outcomes, and lead statuses
• Follow up with unresponsive or partially onboarded leads to drive platform adoption
• Meet daily and weekly call volume and signup targets set by management

Requirements

• Proven experience in outbound cold calling or telemarketing roles
• Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone presence
• Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive, persistent approach
• High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing lead lists
• Comfortable working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time

Scope

• Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to prospective clients
• Serve as the first point of contact for new business acquisition efforts
• Contribute to scaling the client base by converting leads into active platform users
• Provide feedback on lead quality and common objections to help refine outreach strategy
• Operate within established scripts and sales processes provided by the GenExpress team
• Potential to evolve into conducting full product demos as the role matures
