Job summary

BruntWork is a remote-friendly company seeking a Digital Marketing and Website Specialist to own the brand’s online presence—from refreshing the website and visual identity to building social media and email campaigns that grow a large prospect list.

You will drive leads, shape strategy, and earn incentives for new client wins while enjoying a flexible schedule. Part-time to start, with potential to scale to full time (40 hrs/week).

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketing and Website Specialist. Who will be the go-to marketing expert and own the brand's online presence from start to finish. You will refresh the website and visual identity, build out social media and email marketing, and grow a large prospect list. You will drive the leads that fuel the company's growth. You will have the freedom to shape the strategy, see your work make a direct impact, and earn an incentive for every new client you help win.

Schedule:

Remote, Part-time | Monday - Friday Flexible during EST business hours.

Note: Part time role to start, scaling to Full time (40 hrs/week) after , with meal time.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven expert experience in web design, SEO, and social media strategy
• Extensive experience in creating eye catching websites
• Experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot preferred, or similar)
• Background in lead generation and client acquisition
• Portfolio of previous work
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and act as the owner's go-to marketing expert
• Bonus: if you have experience marketing to sectors such as factories, warehouses, nursing homes, charter schools, or property management
• Bonus: if you have run paid ad campaigns
• Nice to have: It helps if you have experience with logo and brand refreshes
