Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking compassionate Wellness Coordinators for an on-site role in Dagupan City. You will conduct daily outbound calls to U.S.-based patients, provide reminders and wellness support, and document every interaction with care and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have a healthcare or psychology background, 1–2 years in patient-facing roles, and strong English communication skills. You’ll work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, reporting to the office and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Management, Administration, Nursing, or related field.
• 1–2 years in patient-facing healthcare or care coordination.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Clear, professional, and compassionate patient communication.
• Comfortable outbound calls and consistent follow-up.
• Willing to work onsite in Dagupan City; HIPAA aware.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outbound calls to U.S.-based patients per outreach schedules.
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with patients.
• Build rapport and keep patients engaged with wellness programs.
• Provide patient education, reminders, support, and follow-up.
