Job summary

Resolv Global in Dagupan City seeks compassionate Wellness Coordinators to support US-based patients with outbound calls, reminders, and wellness program engagement.

You will build rapport, document interactions accurately, follow HIPAA and healthcare requirements, and collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure high-quality care.

This is an on-site role with English communication requirements; compensation is PHP 17,000 per month and a multi-stage hiring process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospital Management, Hospital Administration, Nursing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of patient-facing healthcare, patient experience, wellness, or care coordination experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong ability to communicate professionally and compassionately with patients.
• Ability to follow structured processes, workflows and escalation procedures.
• Willingness to work onsite in Dagupan City and report to the office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outbound calls to assigned U.S.-based patients according to established outreach schedules.
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with patients.
• Build rapport and keep patients engaged with wellness programs.
• Provide patient education, reminders, support, and appropriate follow-up.
• Coordinate wellness services and follow-up activities as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Document every interaction, including call outcomes and next steps.
• Follow approved call workflows, processes, and quality standards.
• Identify patient concerns and elevate them through proper channels.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative teams as needed.
• Protect patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA and applicable requirements.
• Meet targets for call activity, outreach, and documentation accuracy.
