Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospital Management, Hospital Administration, Nursing, or related field; healthcare experience.
• 1–2 years of patient-facing healthcare experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to follow structured processes and document accurately.
• Willingness to work onsite in Dagupan City and 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.

Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to U.S.-based patients per schedule.
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with patients.
• Build rapport and encourage ongoing patient engagement.
• Provide education, reminders, and follow-up.
• Coordinate wellness services and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document interactions.
• Follow approved workflows and quality standards.
• Identify patient concerns and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and admin teams.
• Protect patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
