Job summary

VISAYA KPO in Dumaguete is seeking a Wellness Officer (Company Nurse) to provide basic healthcare, monitor employee health, and coordinate medical activities on site.

The role requires a BS Nursing with an active PHRN license, strong first aid skills, and the ability to maintain confidential health records while supporting workplace health and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS Nursing degree with active PHRN license.
• Strong first aid and emergency response skills beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Organized and detail-oriented in managing health records.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic healthcare, first aid, and medical assistance.
