Job summary

Peak Outsourcing, Inc. is seeking a Company Nurse for our Dumaguete-based team. The nurse will ensure health and safety, provide care, dispense medicines, and coordinate medical needs for employees.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with PRC License, with certification in BOSH or OHNAP a plus, and 0–1 year of nursing experience. On-site work in Dumaguete is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with PRC License required.
• BOSH or OHNAP certification is a plus.
• 0-1 year of nursing experience is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and assistance to employees.
• Dispense and administer medicines and maintain accurate records.
• Assist during medical emergencies and coordinate medical needs.
• Validate submitted medical certificates and issue hospital referrals as needed.
• Maintain employee health records including clinic visits and reports.
• Promote health programs, seminars, counseling, and wellness activities.
