A reputable staffing agency is seeking an Employee Wellness Nurse for an on-site position in Quezon City. The ideal candidate will coordinate employee health services, offering benefits support and conducting basic health screenings. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, be a Registered Nurse, and possess 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role includes assessing employee health concerns and monitoring sick leaves, with a working schedule of Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Performance bonuses and incentives are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 2-5 years of experience as a Company Nurse or Site Nurse.
• Knowledgeable in Basic life support and First Aid.
• Amenable to work as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Assess employee health concerns and determine the need for further medical evaluation or referral.
• Visit and monitor employees on extended sick leave or those who are hospitalized, providing appropriate follow-up and support.
• Assist employees with medical-related benefits, including insurance, HMO coordination, and government health claims.
• Prepare, maintain, and submit accurate reports on medicine utilization, clinic activities, and HMO usage.
• Conduct routine health assessments, including blood pressure monitoring and basic physical examinations.
