Responsibilities include coaching managers, maintaining compliance with SOPs, and addressing escalations while meeting monthly sales targets and service quality metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4–5 years in a similar role; 3–4 years may be considered with relevant beauty & wellness experience.
• Experience managing multiple branches or locations simultaneously across different sites.
• Willingness to travel between branches as needed.
• Proven track record in sales performance management and proactive action when targets lag.
• People-first management style with coaching, mentoring and continuous improvement focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 6 branches with potential expansion to 7, ensuring operational quality and staff performance.
• Coach and develop branch managers/supervisors and expand team capability.
• Manage inventory and ensure service delivery quality across all branches.
• Drive sales retention, customer satisfaction and effective complaint resolution.
• Review KPIs and performance metrics; propose action plans when targets are missed.
