Job summary

Cest Incorporated in Pasig, Philippines seeks a seasoned WordPress and Shopify administrator to proactively support and monitor client websites while managing support requests and maintenance projects.

You will handle updates, security, SEO monitoring, backups, analytics support, and content updates; collaboration with clients and teams; English and French content proofreading may be involved; working hours align with Irish Standard Time.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in WordPress and Shopify website management and support.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress, page builders, WooCommerce, Shopify themes/Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP.
• Experience with website maintenance, troubleshooting, staging, Git workflows, GA4, and Google Search Console.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and client support skills.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Amenable to work Irish Standard Time.
