Aarav Infotech is seeking an experienced Web Application Support Engineer to maintain and enhance WordPress and CMS-based websites, ensuring security and performance for client projects.

This role requires at least 2 years of hands-on web support, strong WordPress skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in web application support or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery.
- Hands-on experience with website back-ends, server administration and database management.
- Solid grasp of WordPress theme customization, plugin integration and security implementation.
- At least 10 WordPress projects delivered start-to-finish.
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Electronics/Mathematics or related field or equivalent certification.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL and RESTful APIs.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

We are looking for an experienced Web Application Support Engineer with at least 2 years of hands‑on work maintaining and enhancing WordPress and CMS‑based websites. You will keep client sites performing, proactively troubleshoot issues, and work with cross‑functional teams to deliver dependable digital experiences.
- Oversee and maintain website architecture, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Monitor performance metrics, conduct performance tests and implement measurable improvements.
- Integrate and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet client requirements.
- Manage server and database integrations for robust back‑end performance.
- Implement and maintain WordPress security practices, including SSL configuration and secure forms.
- Monitor and maintain client websites, keeping them available and performing.
- Perform routine updates, backups and security checks; keep everything patched and current.
- Protect uptime — troubleshoot issues as they arise and implement fixes promptly.
- Debug problems across server configuration, database performance and site functionality.
- Apply security best practices, including secure API integration, authentication and authorization.
- Implement SSL, SMTP email configuration and other protective measures.
- Work with the client support team to address technical queries and concerns.
- Understand client requirements and implement enhancements accordingly.
- Document and track recurring issues so troubleshooting gets faster over time.
- Coordinate with developers, designers and stakeholders to deliver on time.
- Take part in code reviews and internal knowledge‑sharing sessions.
- Stay current with emerging web technologies and modern development practices.
