Accenture plc in Manila is seeking a Marketing Transformation Consultant - Webinar Producer to manage end-to-end webinar delivery for JAPAC. You will coordinate speakers, assets, platforms, and live broadcasts across regional time zones.

The role combines program management with hands-on video production, post-production and reporting, collaborating with clients and delivery teams to ensure engaging webinar experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder and client relationship management.
• Hands-on project and workflow management experience.
• Practical live broadcast production experience with streaming platforms.
• Video editing and on-demand asset production.
• CRM and marketing operations workflows familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Manage webinar intake, scheduling, workflow coordination and task tracking.
• Coordinate with clients, presenters, and partner teams to confirm requirements.
• Configure webinar platforms, assets and perform end-to-end production readiness checks.
• Lead dry runs and speaker technical checks for events.
• Operate live broadcasts and simulcast to LinkedIn and web properties.
• Edit webinar recordings and publish on-demand assets.
• Maintain program documentation, status updates and reporting.
• Post-event activities including lead tracking and campaign updates.
