Qualifications

3+ years of QA experience with emphasis on manual testing.
Expert-level manual testing across web and mobile.
Deep understanding of UX design and requirements analysis.
Experience with API testing and integration testing.
Strong knowledge of test case design, execution, and management.
Hands-on experience with Jira or similar defect-tracking tools.
Experience in Scrum or Kanban environments.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong attention to detail with a user-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

Define and execute comprehensive manual test cases for new features based on UX design and requirements.
Own regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains intact across releases.
Lead exploratory testing efforts to surface edge cases and potential issues before they reach customers.
Manage defect tracking in Jira — accurate ticket creation, assignment, and priority setting.
Execute API testing to verify front‑end and back‑end system integrations.
Ensure thorough coverage of user workflows and end‑to‑end experiences across web and mobile.
Partner with the Automation Engineer to identify opportunities to automate repetitive manual tests.
