Outsourcey in the Philippines is hiring a senior web developer to own and enhance enterprise websites, Shopify stores and performance improvements across multiple projects.

You will collaborate with design, content and marketing teams, implement SEO, site speed, accessibility and UX/CRO improvements, and leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and testing.

Qualifications

• Senior web development experience in agency, enterprise, SaaS or multi-site environments.
• Proven track record building and maintaining enterprise websites.
• Advanced Shopify development with Liquid, themes, app integrations.
• Strong SEO, speed optimization, UX/UI and CRO knowledge.
• Experience with GA, GTM, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimise enterprise websites, landing pages and Shopify stores.
• Perform technical QA to ensure security, speed, mobile responsiveness and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple projects and environments.
• Collaborate with design, content, paid media and account teams to deliver outcomes.
• Implement technical SEO, speed improvements, accessibility and UX/CRO best practices.
• Implement tracking via GTM, GA, Meta Pixel and other platforms.
• Analyse performance and provide recommendations to improve traffic and conversions.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities to improve workflows and testing.
• Review AI-generated code for quality and maintainability.
• Support CRM, marketing automation and system integration projects.
• Maintain documentation and follow QA/development standards.
• Contribute best practices to cross-project improvements.

Core responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and optimise enterprise websites, landing pages and Shopify eCommerce stores.
• Perform technical QA and ensure websites are secure, fast, mobile responsive and scalable.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues across multiple projects and environments.
• Collaborate with design, content, paid media and account teams to deliver high-quality campaign and website outcomes.
• Implement technical SEO, website speed improvements, accessibility enhancements and UX/CRO best practices.
• Implement and maintain tracking through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and other digital platforms.
• Analyse website performance and provide recommendations to improve traffic, user experience and conversion rates.
• Identify and implement practical AI and automation opportunities that enhance workflows, testing, reporting and development efficiency.
• Review and refine AI-generated code and outputs to ensure quality, accuracy and maintainability.
• Support CRM, marketing automation and system integration projects where required.
• Maintain documentation and follow established development and QA standards.
• Contribute technical expertise and best practices to support continuous improvement across digital projects.

Profile Requirements:

• Proven senior web development experience, ideally within an agency, enterprise, SaaS, automotive, retail or multi-site environment.
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining enterprise-level websites.
• Advanced Shopify development experience, including Liquid, custom themes, app integrations and custom functionality.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, website speed optimisation, UX/UI principles and conversion optimisation.
• Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
• Demonstrated practical use of AI tools within a professional development workflow.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with APIs, CRM and marketing automation platforms, Figma, Vercel, Webflow, Shopify Plus or headless CMS environments is desirable.
