Job summary

Outsourcey is seeking a seasoned digital marketing leader in the Philippines to drive growth through SEO, Shopify optimization, and paid campaigns. You will own end-to-end online marketing strategies, coordinating content, analytics, and social channels to maximize traffic and revenue.

The role demands hands-on execution, strong copywriting, and the ability to independently develop and optimize marketing plans across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• 2.5+ years in digital marketing, e-commerce marketing, SEO or related roles.
• Strong SEO with proven impact on search rankings.
• Experience managing Shopify stores and product catalogs.
• Proficient in keyword research, on-page and technical SEO, content SEO, and link-building.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to grow website traffic and e-commerce revenue.
• Lead SEO initiatives aiming for top Google rankings for high-value keywords.
• Manage on-page SEO: product titles, descriptions, URLs, headings, metadata, and internal linking.
• Oversee technical SEO: site speed, mobile performance, indexing, redirects, and health.
• Create SEO-friendly content, blogs, guides, and category pages.
• Run Google Ads and Meta campaigns, monitor budgets and ROAS.
• Optimize the Shopify store for traffic, experience, and conversion.
• Coordinate content across social channels and marketplaces.

Profile Requirements:

• Min 2.5 Years of Proven Experience in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce Marketing, SEO, or a similar role
• Strong hands-on SEO experience with a proven understanding of improving Google search rankings
• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Shopify websites and e-commerce stores
• Experience with keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, content SEO, and link-building strategies
• Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, and conversion tracking
• Experience managing and optimizing Shopify stores
• Experience adding and optimizing e-commerce products, collections, and product pages
• Strong understanding of e-commerce conversion optimization and customer acquisition
• Experience creating TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media content
• Strong understanding of hashtags, social media SEO, viral trends, and organic growth
• Experience with email marketing and automation platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar systems
• Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools
• Strong analytical, copywriting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently develop, execute, and optimize marketing strategies
• Experience marketing e-commerce, food, consumer products, or retail brands is highly preferred

Core responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy focused on increasing website traffic, visibility, and e-commerce revenue
• Lead the company's SEO strategy with the goal of achieving first-page and top Google rankings for high-value keywords
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-intent searches related to Mexican candy, snacks, specialty products, and other relevant categories
• Manage on-page SEO including product titles, product descriptions, category pages, URLs, headings, metadata, internal linking, image optimization, and structured content
• Manage technical SEO including site speed, mobile performance, indexing, crawlability, redirects, broken links, and overall website health
• Develop off-page SEO and backlink-building strategies to improve domain authority
• Create SEO-focused blogs, buying guides, category content, and educational articles
• Manage and optimize Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, and Google Business tools when applicable
• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, display, and remarketing campaigns
• Create and manage Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
• Monitor advertising budgets, cost per acquisition, ROAS, conversions, and other performance metrics
• Manage and optimize the Shopify store to improve traffic, product visibility, customer experience, and conversion rates
• Add and update products, collections, descriptions, images, pricing, promotions, and other website content
• Optimize individual product pages to improve both Google rankings and customer conversions
• Help improve product visibility across Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce marketplaces
• Coordinate marketing strategies across the Shopify website, Amazon, eBay, TikTok, and other sales channels
• Create and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms
• Produce Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, Stories, carousels, graphics, and promotional posts
• Research viral trends, sounds, hashtags, keywords, titles, and content formats and adapt them to the brand
• Create engaging product content including unboxings, taste tests, product demonstrations, reactions, comparisons, promotions, and educational videos
• Use social media content strategically to drive customers back to the Shopify store
• Develop and maintain a consistent social media and marketing content calendar
• Build and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, promotional blasts, abandoned cart sequences, and customer nurturing campaigns
• Segment email audiences and develop automated campaigns that encourage repeat purchases
• Develop seasonal promotions, product launches, bundles, discounts, and other e-commerce campaigns
• Implement retargeting strategies for website visitors and previous customers
• Research competitors and identify new opportunities for SEO, advertising, products, content, and customer acquisition
• Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, advertising performance, social media engagement, and sales
• Conduct A/B testing on advertisements, landing pages, product pages, emails, and promotional offers
• Prepare regular reports showing marketing performance, opportunities, and recommended improvements
• Utilize AI tools for SEO research, content development, advertising, email campaigns, analytics, and marketing automation
• Work closely with leadership to continuously identify the most effective marketing strategies for growing the online business
