Job summary

ClearDesk is seeking a hands-on Web Developer and Lovable App Builder to join a remote-first team. You will prototype quickly, then harden apps with real databases, auth and integrations, collaborating with Operations, HR, Accounting, and Sales to replace manual workflows with reliable software.

You’ll own projects end-to-end from design to deployment, build dashboards, and connect tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and accounting software.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building web applications with shipped, live products.
• Shipped at least one real app with Lovable or similar AI app builders (Bolt, v0, or Replit).
• Strong in React and TypeScript, comfortable with Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and build web apps across departments, then harden with real databases and integrations.
• Create dashboards and tools to replace manual processes and spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with teams remotely, own end-to-end features from idea to deployment.

• ExportLovableprojectstoGitHub,reviewandrefactorgeneratedcode,andfixwhatpromptingcan't.

• Protectemployee,clientandfinancialdata,followingU.S.andPhilippineprivacyrules(includingthePhilippineDataPrivacyAct).
