As a Web Developer & Lovable App Builder at ClearDesk, you'll work with Operations, HR, Accounting, Recruiting, Sales, Marketing and Client Success to replace manual work with reliable apps. You'll prototype in days, then harden each app with a real database, auth and integrations, and you'll know when AI-generated code is enough and when to step in and write it yourself. You'll take ownership across the different departments we have: comfortable developing new platforms from scratch, clear on the resources each project needs, and quick to collaborate with and connect to the right people to make things happen. You're someone who gets things done. If you're a hands-on builder who enjoys learning how teams work and shipping tools they rely on, this opportunity could be a great fit for you.
The two founders, best friends, were running businesses that needed great talent fast. So, they started building remote teams across countries like the Philippines, Colombia, and India. You'll own apps end to end: prototype in days, then harden with a real database, auth and integrations. And the best part You'll do it all remotely, as a key builder in a global, mission-driven company.
