Job summary

Cotecna is seeking a Junior Online Web Coordinator in the Manila area to assist with maintaining and updating corporate and regional websites. You will work with Content Managers and Digital Marketing teams to publish content, update pages, and run QA checks.

The role requires WordPress or CMS experience, strong attention to detail, and an interest in digital marketing and website content management. This position supports multiple web properties and collaborative workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Information Technology, Digital Media, or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience may also be considered.
• 1–3 years of website content management, content publishing, or digital marketing support.
• Experience using WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Experience updating website content and digital assets.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams is an advantage.
• Exposure to digital marketing or social media activities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and publish website content using WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Upload and format web pages, blog posts, news articles, and other digital content.
• Ensure website content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Assist with content updates and website requests from internal stakeholders.
• Maintain content consistency across assigned web pages.
• Build and format pages using approved templates and content modules.
• Conduct basic QA checks before content is published.
• Review web pages for formatting, broken links, spelling, and content accuracy.
• Test web pages across desktop and mobile devices to ensure proper display.
• Escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams when required.
• Apply basic SEO practices, including page titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, and internal linking.
• Support website optimisation activities under the guidance of the Digital Marketing team.
• Assist in maintaining website content structure and navigation.
• Support periodic website reviews and content audits.
• Collaborate with Content Managers and Digital Marketing teams on website initiatives.
• Assist with publishing landing pages and campaign content.
• Ensure website content aligns with broader digital marketing activities.
• Support content promotion across web and digital channels where required.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content and approvals.
• Track website requests and tasks using collaboration tools.
• Support timely delivery of website updates and content requests.
• Participate in team meetings and content planning discussions.
