Job summary

Cotecna is seeking a Junior Online Web Coordinator to support website content maintenance and publishing across Cotecna's corporate and regional sites. The role works with Content Managers, Digital Marketing, and internal stakeholders to update pages, publish content, and ensure quality and brand alignment.

The candidate should have WordPress experience, strong attention to detail, and an interest in digital marketing and website content management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in digital marketing or content management.
• 1–3 years of website content management, content publishing, or digital marketing support.
• Experience using WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Experience updating website content and digital assets.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and publish website content using WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Upload and format web pages, blog posts, news articles, and other digital content.
• Ensure content is accurate, up-to-date and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Assist with content updates and website requests from internal stakeholders.
• Maintain content consistency across assigned web pages.
• Build and format pages using templates and modules; perform QA checks.
• Review pages for formatting, broken links, spelling and accuracy; test across devices.
• Apply basic SEO practices (titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, internal linking).
• Support SEO and content marketing initiatives with the Digital Marketing team.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather content and approvals; track tasks.
