Job summary

Cotecna is seeking a Junior Online Web Coordinator to maintain and publish content across our corporate and regional websites. You will work with Content Managers and Digital Marketing teams to ensure accurate, on-brand pages, applying basic SEO and QA checks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Information Technology, Digital Media, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in website content management, content publishing, or digital marketing support.
• Experience using WordPress or other Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Experience updating website content and digital assets.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Website Content Management: Create, update, and publish content using WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Web Production & QA: Build and format pages and perform QA checks before publishing.
• SEO & Website Support: Apply basic SEO practices and assist with optimization activities.
• Digital Marketing Support: Collaborate on website-related initiatives and content publishing.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content and approvals.
