Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide primary service and problem resolution support for Wealth clients and advisors through phone and electronic service requests.
• Maintain a proficient understanding of banking products, processes, and programs.
• Identify specialized solutions and address issues for clients with complex financial needs while ensuring compliance.
• Build and sustain relationships with Wealth advisors and internal partners to meet client needs.
• Document client interactions and resolutions in CRM/Salesforce.
