Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Capital Markets Ops Specialist to support Wealth clients and advisors, providing expert guidance on banking products and processes. You will handle complex cases, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain strong relationships with internal partners to deliver superior service.

The role requires SME-level knowledge in wealth management, brokerage operations, and related processes, with a flexible schedule including weekends. Location is Taguig, Philippines.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Wealth Management or Capital Market
• Brokerage Operations experience
• SME in relevant domain

Responsibilities

• Provide primary service and problem resolution support for Wealth clients and advisors via phone and electronic requests.
• Be SME on banking products, processes, and programs; stay updated on changes.
• Address complex client needs with compliant, accurate solutions.
• Build relationships with Wealth advisors and internal partners to meet client needs.
• Manage day-to-day transactional needs and ensure SLA targets are met.
• Facilitate wire agreements and time-sensitive wire requests with high attention to detail.
• Identify trends from data and interactions to drive improvements.
• Lead projects to enhance processes, products, and policies for Wealth
• Support teammates with training and resources on the floor.
• Document client interactions and resolutions in CRM/Salesforce.com.
• Meet and exceed individual performance and behavioral standards.
