• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, Management, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Wealth Management, Banking Operations, Financial Services, Investments, Customer Service, or CRM.
• Excellent English communication; client-focused with strong problem-solving and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Wealth clients and advisors regarding service inquiries and issue resolution.
• Handle client requests through phone, email, and other virtual communication channels.
• Build understanding of Wealth Management products, banking services, policies, and procedures.
• Deliver tailored solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance and internal controls.
• Support day-to-day banking transactions and related client activities.
• Document client interactions and resolutions using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
